1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Note: Due to the natural and spiritual nature of our crystals, we do not accept returns for change of mind.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom orders or personalized items

  • Crystals that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


3. Return Process

  1. Initiate the Return:
    Email us at astrocrystalsshop@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos, if applicable.

  2. Approval:
    Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

  3. Shipping the Product:
    Ship the product back to us within 7 days of approval at your own expense, unless the return is due to our error.

  4. Unboxing Video Requirement:
    To process claims for wrong or defective items, an unboxing video of the parcel is mandatory.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.


5. Exchanges

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll happily exchange it for the same or a similar product (subject to availability). Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
